Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup strawberry jam
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is smooth.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer with sliced strawberries and then drizzle with strawberry jam.
Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
Garnish with fresh strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
