Description

These Banana Pudding Cups are layered with smooth vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and crunchy vanilla wafers. They’re easy to make, no-bake, and perfectly portioned for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 3 cups cold milk

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

  • 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced

  • 2 cups vanilla wafers (whole or crushed)

Optional Toppings:

  • Crushed cookies

  • Caramel drizzle

  • Whipped cream

  • Banana slices (add just before serving)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding:
    In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.

  2. Add flavor:
    Whisk in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.

  3. Fold in whipped topping:
    Gently fold in whipped topping until creamy and fully combined.

  4. Assemble the cups:

    • Add a layer of vanilla wafers to the bottom of each cup

    • Add a layer of pudding mixture

    • Add a layer of banana slices

    • Repeat layers until cups are full

  5. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

  6. Serve:
    Top with whipped cream or crushed wafers just before serving.


Tips for Best Banana Pudding Cups

  • Use slightly ripe bananas for the best sweetness and texture.

  • Toss banana slices lightly in lemon juice to prevent browning if making ahead.

  • For extra flavor, use banana cream pudding mix instead of vanilla.


Storage

Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days for best freshness.
