Mosaic jelly is a colorful, creamy dessert made with cubes of flavored gelatin suspended in a smooth milk jelly. It’s light, refreshing, and very easy to prepare, making it perfect for parties or family desserts.
Ingredients

3 boxes flavored gelatin (different colors/flavors)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

Instructions

Prepare the colored gelatin

Make each box of flavored gelatin separately, using 1 cup hot water + 1 cup cold water per box.

Pour into shallow dishes and refrigerate until fully set.

Cut into cubes

Once firm, cut the gelatin into small cubes.

Gently mix the colors together and place them in a lightly greased dish or mold.

Make the milk gelatin

Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1 cup cold water. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.

Heat 1 cup water until hot (not boiling), then stir in the bloomed gelatin until dissolved.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well.

Assemble

Let the milk mixture cool slightly, then slowly pour it over the gelatin cubes.

Chill

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until completely set.

Slice into squares or unmold onto a plate.
