Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, and ketchup. Mix just until combined.
