Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika (optional)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Wash and cut potatoes into thin fries. Pat dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, then flip fries.

Return to oven and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
