Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a Bundt or tube pan.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Mix in lemon extract and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.

Gradually add dry ingredients to the batter, alternating with 7UP, beginning and ending with flour. Mix just until combined.
