Onion Gravy

2 tablespoons butter

1 large onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined.

Shape mixture into 4–6 oval patties.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brown patties on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and add sliced onions. Cook until soft and lightly caramelized.

Sprinkle flour over onions and stir for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
