Honey Butter

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

¼ cup honey
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or cast-iron skillet.

In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, and melted butter.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until combined.

Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
