1 box cornbread mix

Topping

1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion until browned. Drain excess grease.

Add garlic, beans, corn, diced tomatoes with chilies, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer 5 minutes.
