Ingredients
Meatloaf

1½ pounds ground beef (80/20 works best)

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

½ cup milk

2 large eggs

½ cup finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper
Glaze

¾ cup ketchup
-
2 tablespoons brown sugar
-
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with foil.

In a large bowl, mix crushed crackers and milk. Let soak 1 minute.

Add eggs, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.

Gently mix in ground beef until just combined.

Press mixture into prepared loaf pan.

In a small bowl, stir together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.

Spread glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake uncovered for 60–70 minutes, until cooked through.
