Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix sugars, oil, and eggs until well combined.

Stir in applesauce and vanilla.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
