Caramel Glaze

1 cup brown sugar, packed

¼ cup heavy cream or milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch pan or Bundt pan.

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.

Stir in apples and vanilla.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
