2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

4 cups fresh spinach

1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half

1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian-blend cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms until softened.
