Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped – 3 cups

  • English cucumber, finely diced (seeds removed) – 1 cup

  • Garlic, minced – 1 clove

Instructions

1. Make the Tzatziki Dressing

In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Stir in the chopped dill and parsley (or mint).

2. Combine the Salad

Add the cooked chicken, diced cucumber, and red onion to the bowl with the dressing. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.

3. Chill

Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

4. Serve

Serve chilled in pita pockets, wraps, lettuce cups, or alongside fresh vegetables.
