Big Mac Wraps
Big Mac Wraps are a fun and easy twist on the classic fast-food favorite, packed with seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, melty cheese, pickles, and a creamy special sauce, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. They’re perfect for quick lunches or easy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients for the wraps: 1 pound ground beef, salt and black pepper to taste, 4 large flour tortillas, 1½ cups shredded lettuce, 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese, and ½ cup diced pickles.
Ingredients for the special sauce: ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, ½ teaspoon paprika, and ½ teaspoon onion powder.
To prepare the special sauce, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, paprika, and onion powder in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.
To cook the beef, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt and black pepper. Drain excess grease if needed.
To assemble the wraps, warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread a generous layer of special sauce over each tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by shredded lettuce, cheese, and diced pickles.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Serve immediately, or toast the wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to lightly crisp them.
