½ cup confectioners’ sugar
1–2 tablespoons milk

For the Biscuit Bites
Prep: In a shallow glass bowl, melt butter in the microwave using reduced power.
In another shallow bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Cut: Using kitchen shears, cut each biscuit into thirds.
Place the pieces on a plate, separating them so they don’t stick.

Dip each biscuit piece into melted butter, then into the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and arrange in the baking dish.
Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the tops are deep golden brown.
Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
For the Icing
Stir together the confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle over the warm biscuit bites.
Recipe Notes
This recipe can be doubled easily using 2 biscuit tubes, double the coating ingredients, and a 9×13 baking dish.
For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
