Creamy Root Beer Float Pie
Creamy Root Beer Float Pie is a fun, no-bake dessert inspired by the classic soda shop treat. With a fluffy root beer–flavored filling in a cookie crust, this pie is light, creamy, and perfect for summer gatherings or anytime you want an easy crowd-pleasing dessert.
Ingredients: 1 prepared graham cracker or chocolate cookie pie crust, 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 cup cold milk, ½ cup root beer soda (flat or slightly chilled), 1 cup whipped topping, and optional maraschino cherries for garnish.
To prepare the pie, whisk together the pudding mix, cold milk, and root beer in a mixing bowl until thick and smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired. Slice and serve chilled.
