Easy Lemonade Cake
Easy Lemonade Cake is a light, moist dessert bursting with bright lemon flavor. Made with simple ingredients and lemonade for a fresh citrus taste, this cake is perfect for spring and summer gatherings or whenever you want a quick, cheerful dessert.
Ingredients: 1 box lemon cake mix, 1 cup lemonade (regular or pink), ½ cup vegetable oil, 3 large eggs, and optional lemon zest for extra flavor.
Optional glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar and 2–3 tablespoons lemonade.
To prepare the cake, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish or a Bundt pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, lemonade, vegetable oil, eggs, and lemon zest if using. Beat with a mixer until smooth and well blended.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes for a 9×13 pan or 40–45 minutes for a Bundt pan, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
If using the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemonade until smooth. Drizzle over the cake while it is still slightly warm.
Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.
