Description:
Funnel cake bites are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and dusted with powdered sugar just like the classic fair treat. These bite-sized versions are perfect for sharing and easy to enjoy at home.
Ingredients

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1½ teaspoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Vegetable oil, for frying

Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, and vanilla extract.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.

Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet or saucepan to 350°F (175°C).

Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of batter into the hot oil.

Fry for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
