Ingredients
Crust

1 box lemon cake mix

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg
Lemon Cream Filling

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

½ cup lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon
Topping

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease well.

In a bowl, mix lemon cake mix, melted butter, and egg until crumbly.

Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until lightly set.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Mix in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until creamy.

Pour lemon filling over the warm crust and spread evenly.

Return to oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, until set.
