Loaded Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

12 large eggs

½ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon sour cream

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 tablespoons chopped green onions or chives
Instructions

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.

Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool completely. Peel.

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a bowl.

Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Spoon or pipe yolk mixture back into egg whites.

Sprinkle tops with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
