Million Dollar Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells
Million Dollar Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells are a rich and comforting pasta dish filled with creamy chicken, cheese, and Alfredo sauce, then baked until bubbly and golden. This indulgent recipe is perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or special occasions.
Ingredients: 20–24 jumbo pasta shells, 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced, 1½ cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade), 1 cup ricotta cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper to taste, and optional chopped parsley.
To prepare the stuffed shells, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the jumbo shells in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, Alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, cream cheese, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Fill each shell generously with the chicken mixture and place them seam-side up in the dish.
Top the shells with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
