No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

Description:
No-bake pineapple cream dessert is a light, creamy, and refreshing treat made with sweet pineapple and a fluffy cream filling layered over a buttery crust. It’s easy to prepare without turning on the oven and perfect for potlucks, holidays, or warm-weather desserts.


Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Cream Layer

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Pineapple Layer

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, very well drained


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.

  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.

  4. Spread cream mixture evenly over the crust.

  5. Spoon drained crushed pineapple evenly over the cream layer.

  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours before serving.


Tips and Variations

  • Make sure the pineapple is thoroughly drained to keep the dessert from becoming watery.

  • Add shredded coconut for a tropical twist.

  • Chill overnight for best texture and flavor.
