Peach Ice Cream Dessert Recipe
Ingredients

2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and chopped

¾ cup sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

A pinch of salt
Instructions

Prepare the peaches
In a saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook on medium heat for about 8–10 minutes until peaches are soft and juicy. Mash slightly and let cool completely. -
Whip the cream
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. -
Make the ice cream base
In another bowl, mix condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and most of the cooled peach mixture. -
Combine
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peach mixture until smooth and fluffy. -
Freeze
Pour into a freezer-safe container. Swirl the remaining peach mixture on top. Cover and freeze for 6–8 hours or until firm.
