Pork Chop Supreme

Posted on January 17, 2026 By admin No Comments on Pork Chop Supreme

This Pork Chop Supreme is one of those classic comfort dinners that never disappoints. Tender pork chops, thinly sliced potatoes, and a creamy onion-mushroom sauce all baked together into one cozy, no-fuss meal. Simple ingredients, big flavor, and minimal prep make this a recipe people ask for again and again.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops

  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. Layer the sliced potatoes evenly on the bottom of the dish.

  3. Place the pork chops over the potatoes.

  4. In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.

  5. Pour the sauce evenly over the pork chops.

  6. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top.

  7. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45–50 minutes.

  8. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until the pork is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.

Tips

  • Slice potatoes thin so they cook evenly

  • Add a splash of extra milk if you prefer more sauce

  • Serve with green beans, corn, or a simple salad
