Crust

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust.
